Do I need to be fit?

Not at all — VibeTribe welcomes all fitness levels. Everything is scalable, and you move at a pace that feels right for you.

How do I join VibeTribe Fitness?

To join, choose your preferred plan above and secure your spot for the current season.
You’ll select your weekly training day(s) during signup. Once the season starts, your sessions run on the same days each week for the full 12-week season. If the current season is full, you can join the waitlist to be notified when the next intake opens.

Where are sessions held?

We use local parks, beaches, and outdoor spaces across Perth's Northern Corridor. Whitford Nodes Park in Hillarys is currently our only playground whilst we explore more locations.

What should I bring?

Just water, a towel, and comfortable clothes. We provide all equipment and guide you through everything.

How long are the sessions?

Every session runs for 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

What if I’ve never exercised before?

Perfect — beginners often progress the fastest. Your coach will support you, modify exercises, and help you build confidence from day one.

How does the free trial work?

You book a session, show up, and join in — no strings attached. If you enjoy it, you can pick a membership afterwards.

What if I have injuries?

Just tell your coach before the session. Everything we do can be modified to suit injuries, tightness, and mobility limitations.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain = we train.
Heavy storms or unsafe weather = we reschedule or relocate to an indoor location nearby.

What’s the class cap?

Our outdoor sessions are capped at 10 people to keep coaching personalised and the vibe supportive.

Can I try more than one session before joining?

You start with one free session. After that, we can guide you to the best membership option for your goals.

Membership Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my membership mid-season?

Generally, no.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current season, not in the middle, so we can keep spots stable and fair for everyone.

If you have a serious situation (injury, moving away, etc.), speak to us directly and we’ll work something out.

How do weekly sessions work?

When you join, you choose specific training days based on your membership (1, 2, or 3 sessions per week). Your spot on those days is reserved for the duration of the season.

Do I train on set days each week, or can I choose different days?

When you join, you choose your training days based on your plan (1, 2, or 3 sessions per week).Those days stay consistent for the full 12-week season so we can keep groups small, balanced, and accountable. If you need to change days, you can request a switch between seasons or mid-season if space allows.

Do I have to commit for the whole season?

Yes. VibeTribe runs in 12-week training seasons.
Your membership is a commitment for that full season so we can program properly, keep groups small, and protect your spot.

How long is the commitment, and when does the season run?

Each membership runs in fixed 12-week seasons. The current season runs from 5 January to 29 March

What if the current season is full?

If the current season is full, you can join the waitlist for the next intake. We’ll contact you when enrollment opens, subject to availability. To join the waitlist, please select "Get in Touch" to contact us.

What if I know I’ll miss a week or two?

That’s totally normal. Most people miss a session here and there over 12 weeks.
Your membership is based on weekly access, not attendance tracking, so missed sessions don’t roll over.
If possible, please let us know in advance so your spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Can I pause my membership?

We don’t offer pauses mid-season.
If you step away for a longer period, your spot is released and you’re welcome to rejoin next season or when a spot opens up again.

What if I want to train more during the season? Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes — If space is available, you can upgrade your plan mid-season. If not, we’ll prioritise you for the next intake so you can lock in more sessions next season.
Upgrades apply for the rest of the season.

Can I downgrade my plan mid-season?

No.
Plan changes only happen between seasons so we can keep groups small, consistent, and fair.

What if I can’t make one of my scheduled sessions?

If you can’t attend one of your scheduled sessions, please cancel your spot in advance so it can be offered to someone on the waitlist. Sessions are tied to your selected training days and can’t be moved to another day. Missed sessions don’t roll over, but your reserved weekly sessions remain in place.

Can I change my training days during the season?

You can request to change your training days at the end of a season or if availability allows during the season. Day changes aren’t guaranteed and depend on space in the relevant sessions.

How are payments handled?

Memberships are charged weekly over the 12-week season.
You’ll get reminders before the next season starts and can decide if you’d like to continue, change your plan, or step away.

What happens between seasons?

You’ll be invited to re-enrol, change your plan (1, 2 or 3xsessions/week), or take a break.
Spots are limited, so current members get first priority.

Do you offer refunds?

VibeTribe memberships secure your spot for the full 12-week season.
For that reason, we don’t offer refunds for:

-change of mind

-missed sessions

-holidays

-being too busy

-deciding not to attend

-schedule changes

-lack of attendance

This is to keep things fair for everyone and protect the limited 10 spots in each group.
